The Royal’s Urgent Care clinic for Current Patients

Urgent Care Clinic is a service that enables current outpatients of The Royal to cope with an emerging mental health issue before it becomes a medical emergency or crisis.

First, contact your regular physician at The Royal, either by phone or in person. You can also contact your case manager, social worker or caregiver, who can contact your physician’s office on your behalf.

If your physician at The Royal cannot see you in a timely manner, please ask the secretary or the clinician to call the clinic registered nurse directly at 613.722.6521 ext 6520.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please go to the nearest emergency room.
