Ernie Laporte is the Regional Director Group Benefits with The Great West Life Assurance Company. In this role, Ernie provides overall leadership to the sales and service teams for approximately 650 companies in Ottawa, and throughout eastern Ontario, and western Quebec.
Ernie has worked with Great West Life for 27 years, and has held numerous sales and management positions with the company during this time.
He received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal. He is married with 2 children and resides in Ottawa.
