Mr. McMillan previously worked with BMO Bank of Montreal where he held the position of Senior Vice President for the Bank’s retail and commercial banking operations in Eastern and Northern Ontario. Mr. McMillan completed the Queen’s University Executive Program and the Advanced Executive Program at the Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University, Chicago.
He is a graduate of the School of Bank Marketing at the University of Colorado and a Fellow in The Institute of Canadian Bankers. He is the past Chair, Scouts Canada Foundation, and is presently an Ambassador for World Scout Foundation. In addition, Mr. McMillan is a previous board member of Kids Help Phone, and past Vice Chair of the ROHCG. He is a formal mentor for BMO Financial Group, the Canadian Association of Business Economists and acts as a small business consultant working with credit unions.
Mr. McMillan is a recipient of Her Majesty The Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal in recognition of his volunteer community work in Canada.
