Mr. Ayoub has been in the financial service industry for over 35 years in the banking, investment and insurance sectors. He assumed senior leadership roles in the development and growth of high performance teams in each sector. Presently he is returning as CEO of his own consulting practice specializing in strategic plan development and implementation. He is a principal in Peak Performance International, a firm specializing in enabling organizations to build high performance cultures through the pragmatic application of leading methodology. He has worked with companies across Canada and in the Caribbean.
Mr. Ayoub has held senior executive positions at Alterna Bank and Alterna Savings, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer of the Bank. Previously he led the Retail division of a major insurer, Maritime Life, responsible for the Retail investment and insurance product divisions.
Currently residing in Ottawa, Mr. Ayoub has lived and worked throughout the country having been in Montreal, London, Toronto, Halifax and Calgary.
