You Know Who I Am is an anti-stigma and advocacy campaign designed to encourage open conversations about mental illness. It is through this open dialogue that we can achieve real change in societal attitudes towards those suffering. The change has already begun – our campaign has touched the lives of thousands and has had real impact in helping families and sufferers reach out and get the help they need
