Anne Graham

Anne is the President of Syncworks Consulting, an Organizational and Business Consulting firm. She has over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development. Prior to establishing Syncworks, she held senior HR and OD roles in pharmaceutical, high tech and manufacturing organizations which included Pfizer, Canadian Medical Association, Dy 4 Systems, Glaxo Wellcome, Telesat Canada, LOF Glass and International Playtex.

Anne holds an MBA, (Athabasca University), B. Education, (University of Ottawa) and B.A. (York University) and CHRP and CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) and HCS (Human Capital Strategist) designations.

With a career on developing and actioning people solutions to implement business strategies and priorities, Anne has strategic & hands-on experience in all major areas of Human Resources and Organizational Development. Experienced in diverse industries and organizational settings (start-up, hyper-growth, mature, downsizing, re-organizing, re-engineering), her major contributions have been in the areas of leadership and management development, strategic planning, organizational change, talent acquisition & retention, performance management, team and individual effectiveness.
