Health care workers are at the front lines of the COVID pandemic. Increased feelings of stress, worry and anxiety are normal under these conditions. It is important to recognize the impact of COVID-related stress on your wellbeing and build coping skills that can help you get and stay healthy.

We can help.

If you are a health care worker impacted by stress related to COVID-19, you can get simple, fast access to supports and tools for your mental wellbeing.

What is COVID Frontline Wellness?

COVID Frontline Wellness offers confidential support for health care workers through quick access to a trained mental health professional. They will connect with you and listen. You can share your experiences, receive support, engage in problem-solving, and receive help connecting to other resources or services if needed.

How does it work?

Health care workers can access supports quickly and easily using our online form. You will be able to select a time for one of our clinicians to contact you to discuss your needs and connect you with the supports that are right for you. These could be services offered by The Royal or other community partners. Most services will be offered virtually (by phone or video conference) and the entire process is completely confidential.
