Family Caregivers often consider others’ needs ahead of their own. I encourage you to discover the importance of leisure and recreational activities as being a priority in your life to help manage your self-care.  When caring for others we often experience self-neglect.

What is Leisure and the benefits of leisure? The focus of having a balanced lifestyle and how can you manage this when being a caregiver. Let’s look at your leisure interests and identify using the eight domains.
