Learn step-by-step how to create your own pouring painting artwork with Pour My Mind (PMM), and join us afterwards for a 60 min Zumba session with Wendi Curran. The event will take place at Club Powers (954 Giroux St, Rockland) on Saturday, November 9 from 1PM - 5PM.

Cost: $75 per participant

$15 from each registration will support mental health care and research at The Royal.
