Overview
Engaging for Impact: Client and Family Centred Care in Healthcare Settings Symposium will bring together client/family advisors and engagement staff from various healthcare organizations in the region to share promising engagement models for better impact and wellness outcomes for clients and families.
Participants will leave with a deeper knowledge of the evolution and the future of client and family engagement in healthcare. As well as an inventory of new resources and different existing models of client and family engagement in the region, gender/racial diversity, indigenous people’s perspective , creating engagement capable environments, culture change, substance use and more! It will also provide an opportunity to network with your peers to create new working relationships.

Senior healthcare leaders/hospital engagement teams, clinical teams, client advisors, researchers, and family advisors.
