Leo Dias

Leo Dias is an accomplished healthcare technology executive with more than 20 years of international experience advancing innovation, analytics and digital transformation across complex health systems.

Throughout his career, Leo has held senior leadership roles with HIROC and GE Healthcare. At HIROC, he led enterprise-wide information technology, cybersecurity and change governance. During his time with GE Healthcare, he directed hospital Command Centre implementations and applied advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to improve care delivery across multiple countries.

With a background in engineering and data science, Leo brings technical expertise and strategic insight to complex healthcare challenges. He serves as Vice-Chair of The Royal’s Board of Trustees and contributes his governance and community leadership experience to the boards of Hamilton Health Sciences and a Toronto-based non-profit daycare.
