Men’s Group

Our Men’s Group offers a safe, welcoming space where men can speak openly about their experiences, challenges, and goals. It’s a supportive environment where men encourage one another to grow, build resilience, and become their best selves.

Open to all patients, family members, and community members. The group takes place at The Royal’s Carling Campus, in our Client & Family Resource Hub, Room #1113.
