Together in Wellness is a 6-week closed family peer support group, for family members and chosen family members who are supporting a loved one facing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

This virtual group takes place in English and runs weekly.

The next 6-week session will run from October 28 – December 2, from 11:30AM – 1PM.

  • Week 2: Boundaries
  • Week 3: Building a Support Network
  • Week 4: Guilt / Shame
  • Week 5: Acceptance
  • Week 6: Hope, Gratitude, Wellness
