Together in Wellness is a 6-week closed family peer support group, for family members and chosen family members who are supporting a loved one facing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

The group takes place in English and runs weekly in-person at The Royal.

The next 6-week session will run from October 27 – December 1, from 6:30PM – 8PM.

Topics:

Week 1: Self-Care / Compassion Fatigue
Week 2: Boundaries
Week 3: Building a Support Network
Week 4: Guilt / Shame
Week 5: Acceptance
Week 6: Hope, Gratitude, Wellness
