Together in Wellness (Virtual)

“Together in Wellness” Family Peer Support Groups are for caregivers and family who are supporting loved ones/chosen family with their mental health or substance use disorder journeys.

We also offer regular monthly meet-up sessions for all family members who have completed this six-week Together in Wellness Family Peer Support group, providing opportunity for more discussions and interactions with more family peers.

We also offer one-to-one family peer support meetings by appointment. For more information, please
