Caring for Caregivers

Family caregivers are often enlisted as support for their loved ones, but what support do they receive for themselves? The Family Support Program at The Royal offers a variety of resources to meet family caregivers’ needs for information, education and support through their mental health journey. To assist families in finding “the right fit at the right time”, these resources have been organized using levels of The Pyramid of Family Care as a framework. Not sure what to choose? There is no wrong choice – all of the groups have some overlap and taking a step towards accessing help is a step in the right direction.
