Lori Lennox

Lori Lennox is a bilingual healthcare executive and governance professional with extensive leadership experience across Canada’s health system, regulatory sector, and hospital governance. She currently serves as Director of Internal Risk Management at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, following senior leadership roles with the Canadian Medical Protective Association and the Canadian Institute for Health Information.

Lori brings expertise in governance, strategy, enterprise risk management, data and analytics, and health system transformation. A trained occupational therapist, she holds a Master of Health Administration and the GPC.D designation from Governance Professionals of Canada.

Her governance experience includes serving as Vice-Chair and Chair of the Governance Committee of the Queensway Carleton Hospital Board of Directors. Lori currently serves as a Trustee of The Royal and as a member of its Governance Committee, contributing a thoughtful, collaborative perspective to organizational oversight and accountability.
