Dr. Geoff S. Hill

Board member

Geoff S. Hill, PhD is a senior partner with PwC Canada. He leads the federal government and public sector practice as well as the PwC National Capital Region office. Geoff has more than 20 years’ experience helping organizations, governments, and leadership teams implement solutions and achieve transformations from strategy through execution. 

In Geoff’s current role, he leads a large team of partners and subject matter experts who work together to answer some of the most pressing issues facing the sector today.

Geoff attended Lakehead University, where be obtained an honours bachelor of science. He earned a doctorate in chemistry from Western University.

Geoff believes in giving back to the community and he hopes to inspire more people to join him in making a positive difference in the world. 

Some of his recent volunteer leadership has been with Shepherds of Good Hope (2022 – present) where he forged a strategic alliance between PwC and SOGH in the National Capital Region; Libin Cardiovascular Institute (2019 – present), where he was executive advisor to the CEO, advising on strategy, change management, and leadership; and Rundle College Society (2017 – 2022), a globally-recognized private school where he led the board’s governance, strategy, and executive compensation committees as secretary and vice chair. 

Geoff is actively involved in the Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer, Corporate Challenge, and Young Women in Energy. 

Geoff and his wife Amy are the proud parents of three adult children.
