June 16 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
A growing body of research shows that many men and boys—including our fathers, sons, brothers, partners, and friends—are facing significant mental health challenges. At the same time, social expectations often discourage them from speaking openly about their emotions or seeking help.
This event will explore the unique mental health pressures affecting men and boys and how we can better support them. Topics will include how to start meaningful conversations about mental health, the role of play in building resilience and emotional well-being, addressing stigma and barriers around accessing care, suicide prevention, and ways to foster stronger connection and support.
