Join us as we honour Dr. Lena Palaniyappan, the 2025 Royal-Mach-Gaensslen Prize winner, for his groundbreaking work in identifying, preventing, and treating psychosis.
Dr. Palaniyappan’s research explores the brain changes that lead to psychosis, with a focus on predicting and preventing its onset. His work aims to delay — and ultimately stop — the development of illness, empowering young people to graduate, build careers, and form meaningful relationships, fundamentally changing therehe trajectory of their lives.
By integrating advanced neuroimaging with clinical expertise, his research drives the creation of personalized treatment strategies designed to improve patient outcomes.
The ceremony will include an award presentation and an engaging discussion with Dr. Palaniyappan, followed by networking and refreshments.
