It can be challenging to quiet our spinning thoughts and give ourselves a break from our worries. Time in nature helps us do that. Numerous studies have demonstrated the health benefits of nature time, including lowered levels of stress hormones, improved blood pressure and reduced rumination. In this talk, learn more about those benefits and learn tips for weaving "nature therapy" into your life. This presentation will include a taste of what it's like to be guided on a nature therapy walk, to experience how this practice can help you shift to a state of calm and healing, restoring your energy and helping you discover new insights to support you in your life.
