Overview

Mental health challenges amongst youth aged 16-24 are at epidemic proportions, affecting 1.2 million Canadian young adults and creating significant impacts on day-to-day life.

Are you a young adult, or do you have any young adults in your life? Join us for a special event in advance of World Mental Health Day to learn about the best ways to look after your mental health and that of others.

This FREE event – hosted by The Royal and supported by the Royal Bank of Canada – has been designed for young adults, as well as people who support them.

Register *before September 22, 2022* to be entered into a draw for our early bird prize - a $300 gift card to Le Nordik Spa!

This event will be interactive, and feature dynamic expert speakers on topics such as resiliency, substance use health, exercise, managing stress and burnout, internalized stigma, and more! There will also be games, activities and exciting prizes spread throughout the day.
