Perinatal Journaling as a wellness tool

This fun and interactive group covers such topics as: expanding your emotional vocabulary, lists, improving communication, intentions and gratitudes, self-esteem, goal setting and junk journaling to name a few. Sharing is optional. There are a couple of writing exercises during each group. Participants will need a pen and a journal/or paper.
