Richard was first diagnosed with schizophrenia at the age of 19. He lived in various group homes across Ottawa for approximately 35 years. As the years progressed, his health began to deteriorate rapidly.
New insomnia research is “science fiction made real”
Dr. Rébecca Robillard has received an Early Researcher Award (ERA) grant to support a research study into a unique non-invasive treatment for insomnia that sounds like a plot point from a science fiction film.
